Ways for a family/child update their address/phone number with MOHealth Net:
1. Call the Family Support Division 855-373-4636 or
2, Via the website: mydss.mo.gov > then select Report A Change icon > which takes them to the change form to complete and submit or
3. Direct link to the form
Once a member updates their contact information (e.g., phone number, email address, address) with MO Health Net, the MCOs are alerted soon thereafter.
